Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who is data-comfortable, optimization-focused, and eager to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.
You will be responsible for executing, analysing, and optimising paid campaigns, leveraging analytics and tracking tools to understand user behaviour and performance. The role also requires active use of AI-powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimise budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, and placements based on performance insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with defined business objectives such as leads, conversions, app installs, or sales.
Analytics, Tracking & Performance Insights
- Analyse user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics.
- Track key performance metrics, including sessions, engagement, events, conversions, and drop-offs, to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor Google Search Console for search performance insights such as impressions, clicks, CTR, keyword trends, and indexing issues.
- Support implementation and maintenance of tracking via Google Tag Manager, including pixels, conversion tags, and custom events.
- Validate tracking accuracy and assist in troubleshooting attribution or tracking issues with senior team members.
Social Media & Creative Optimisation
- Support organic social media optimisation by understanding platform algorithms and engagement signals.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with platform-specific best practices.
- Analyse engagement metrics (reach, shares, saves, comments, profile actions) to improve content and ad performance.
AI Tools & Marketing Intelligence
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms for ad copy ideation, keyword research, competitor analysis, insights, and reporting support.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve execution speed, creative quality, and data interpretation.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and digital marketing trends and apply relevant learnings to live campaigns.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with performance marketers, designers, video editors, and content teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Participate in performance reviews, optimisation discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
- Follow internal documentation, reporting structures, and timelines while proactively suggesting improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and execute optimisation actions.
- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing research, ideation, and analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive, analytical, fast-learning, and execution-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an agency or performance-driven startup environment.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models.
- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with marketing funnels and retargeting strategies.
- Strong interest in continuous learning and performance optimisation.
